Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in: Brunswick, NJ , Pomona, CA , Houston, TX, Norcross, GA) will match the nearest warehouse for delivery according to the user's delivery address
How long will it take to get my order?

Does the order need to pay for shipping?
All DeerRun orders are free shipping, we use FedEx and UPS for delivery.
Do I need to pay taxes on my order?
DeerRun product prices include taxes and fees, so you don't need to pay extra taxes
Do you ship to Puerto Rico or outside the United States?
No, we only ship within the contiguous US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico....and also excluding any PO BOXES (sorry, but we can't ship our items to any PO BOX, period).

Does the product need to be assembled?
Q1 series products do not need to be assembled, and can be used after opening (including: Q1 mini, Q1 Pro)
The A1 treadmill needs simple assembly, but it can be completed in 5 minutes. If you have any installation problems, please contact us: support@deerruntreadmill.com
My item arrived but damaged! what do I do?
First, take a deep breath. It is difficult for major shipping companies to deliver heavy packages across the United States flawlessly every time. We recommend opening the box and looking inside. The items are packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is stained doesn't mean the contents are dirty as well.
If you do encounter problems, please contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item just yet and put the item back in the box. Please contact us first to see if there is an easier solution. We have many replacement parts and knowledgeable staff on hand to help with any situation.
